UL/CSA-CE CABLE

Te.Co. cables, meeting the European low voltage directive and Underwriters Laboratories [UL – USA] and Canadian Standards Association [CSA – Canada] certificates, are also suited for use in machinery exported to the North American and Canadian markets.
Three cable families suited for dynamic installations, a range of single core and multicore power, control, encoder, resolver cables, multi-pair cables, cables for signal and data transmission, supporting the most common protocols.

FRX® CABLES

Suited for installation in drag chains, they have PVC jackets and insulation, support work environments with working temperatures from -10° to +80° C in dynamic installation and -40° to + 80°C in static installation. Single core and multicore cables that are also UL® and CSA certified for power and control, encoder/resolver signal applications. Suitable for applications that require good resistance to detergents. Specifically indicated for the Packaging sector.

PMXX® CABLES

Designed for installation in drag chains and for flexural-torsional applications, they feature a polyurethane jacket and plastic insulation with high mechanical resistance and low capacitive accumulation. They guarantee dynamic operations in adverse conditions up to -40°C below zero and excellently withstand the main oils used in industrial environments. Single core and multicore power, control, encoder, resolver cables, multi-pair cables, cables for signal and data transmission, supporting the most common protocols:

Cables in this family are also UL® and CSA certified, especially suited for applications in contact with water, industrial oil, abrasive dust, chips such as, for example, in the ceramics and woodworking industries.

PMMXX® CABLES

Originating from the evolution of the PMXX maintaining its main physical properties and relevant certifications, this cable is equipped with a traction braid, a high module textile fibre, that makes it suitable for use in very long drag chains, even vertical, and wherever wires can be subject to traction such as winches or winding drums.

SINGLE CORE UL LISTED CABLES

Multi-standard single core cables, Type MTW-HAR-TEW, are made to satisfy the needs of the manufacturers of industrial machinery who export their products to countries that adopt UL® and CSA certifications in addition to European harmonisation. These cables, with double American Wire Gauge (AWG) and rated mm2, can work in a temperature range between -30°C / + 105°C and with voltages up to 1000V.

These cables are used mainly in electric panels and shunt boxes. MTW certification also permits use in contact with oil. 

MULTICORE POWER/CONTROL CABLES STYLE 21179 / 2587 - CSA

This type of multicore cable, meeting stringent UL and CSA standards, has a grey PVC insulation and jacket.

These cables pass stringent flame and fire retardant tests recognised on the international and North American levels. High working voltage (1000V) permits a wide versatility of use. They are suited for environments where they may come into contact with industrial oil and are used to wire electrical panels and on-board machinery.

The sectors they are used in are of the most diverse kind, including machine tools, paper manufacturing lines, woodworking, ceramics, metalworking and mechanics and the packaging sector (conveyor systems of various kinds, etc.).

TRAY CABLES EXPOSED RUN STYLE 21179 - CSA

Made with grey PVC insulation and outer jacket, these are UL® Listed cables meeting stringent UL/CSA standards, thus suited for the American and Canadian markets. These cables are used for on-board machinery and can also be used for building electrical systems, in NFPA79, N.E.C. and C.S.A. C22.2 environments. The Exposed Run and DIR BUR certifications make these cables suited for underground use and connections between raceways or raceway and utility without requiring anchoring. Tested for oil resistance (OIL RES1) and use in humid climates up to 75°C (WET APPROVAL 75) 

O.R. FE POLYURETHANE CABLES

O.R. FE PUR They are characterised by a polyurethane outer jacket, polyolefin insulation and comply with the strict UL and CSA standards. This family was created mainly to be used in applications in which installation occurs at very low temperatures (up to -50°C), and is suitable for indoors and outdoors. They can be used in the industrial environment in on-board machine connections that require significant resistance to chemicals, acids, aggressive oil and abrasion. From the refrigeration industry to machine tools, packaging, pharmaceuticals, food&beverage and many other application sectors 

O.R. FE-ST SERVO CABLES

Complying with stringent UL and CSA standards, these are cables, with an orange outer jacket, suited for inverter-motor connections, featuring low capacity insulation (polyolefin) with high shielding capacity over 85%, features that permit a significant reduction in power surges and electromagnetic disturbances.

DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB

They are characterised by Low Capacity Polyolefin insulation and a PVC outer jacket, black in colour. They have double shielding and comply with the strict UL and CSA standards. The excellent electrical properties and special geometry with three ground wires significantly increase immunity to electromagnetic disturbances and also reduce the end diameter compared to an equivalent 4-core formation. They are mainly used for the connection between inverters and motors (even over 150kW). They are used in metalworking plants, with plastic and hydraulic presses and in the steel industry in general.

O.R. FE-ST and FR-ST CABLES

Multicore cables, also with paired braids, for signal transmission. Suited for encoder, resolver, inductive, capacitive and photoelectric proximity sensor connections. O.R. FE-ST cables are built with polyolefin insulation and PVC jacket, generally green Desina, while O.R. FR-ST have PVC insulation and jackets. Both families are UL Recognized and CSA approved. Cables suited for digital and analog signal transmission in the industrial field of automatic machines in general and machine tools.

DATA TRANSMISSION BUS CABLES

The use of fieldbus systems has become essential to reaping indisputable benefits in automatic process and assembly line management and diagnostics. 

Te.Co., aware of the conditions of use, has designed a cable family following the most popular “communication protocol” directives in the industrial sector, all UL® and CSA certified to permit maximum versatility in wiring terms. Various BUS cables have 1000V insulation voltage and – to occupy less space – arranged in quad wire pairs.

Every complex, automated industrial system is managed by a control system. In this context of application BUS systems are used. The structure of a BUS system is a central controlling unit that communicates with the input and output peripheral devices via a single cable. Their use is an essential condition for simplifying cabling and the management of a production line or an automated machine.

CE CABLES

CE marked Te.Co. cables belong to a product range that meets 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive requirements, thus suited for used in the community market and beyond.

TECNIFLEX®

Multicore cables with grey or black PVC based insulation and jackets for static insulation, feature high flexibility, flame retardant, limited external dimensions and good resistance to industrial oil.

They are used in industrial environments for power and control signal transmission on-board machine, in electrical panels and for connections between various system elements. They can also be used in situations with occasional movements.

The black jacket versions are tested for UV ray and weather resistance. The TECNIFLEX®-BK range is also available with 0.6/1kV insulation voltage and TECNIFLEX®-AR version with transparent jacket and galvanised steel armour suited for environments where significant mechanical resistance is required.

O.R. FE-ST SERVO – EMC CABLES

Multicore cables with PVC jacket, low capacity polyolefin phase insulation and PVC ground wire. Ideal to prevent or solve electromagnetic compatibility problems.

LIYY / LIYCY

Featuring PVC insulation and outer jacket, they are available in a non-shielded (LiYY) or shielded version (LiYCY) that guarantees excellent immunity to electromagnetic disturbances.

Grey multicore cables for static insulation, feature high flexibility, flame retardant, limited external dimensions and good resistance to industrial oil.

Suited for signal transmission, they are used for electronic connections, for measuring, control, command and signalling. Total shielding (LiYCY) offers protection against external interferences and ensures reliable transmission. The drain wire makes wiring convenient, easy and fast.

This cable family is generally used to wire electrical panels and on-board machinery.

CABLES FOR SENSORS AND PHOTOCELLS

Power and signal cables for sensor/actuator box connection and multicore cables that can be used to connect photoelectric sensors or inductive or capacitive proximity sensors. Wires and jackets are made of a high quality PVC based mix. Wire colour meets the most popular standards used by sensor manufacturers.
