From Listening and Technical Expertise, the new TECO Product Management Team is Born

At TECO, we firmly believe that the starting point for growth is attentive listening to our customers. Listening, understanding, and transforming their needs into concrete solutions is what guides us every day. It is from this vision that our new Product Management Team was born: a group of highly specialized professionals whose goal is to shape the needs of customers and the market.

Each team member has both technical and commercial experience, enabling them to analyze the market, identify needs, and develop innovative solutions and products. The team acts as the driving force behind our corporate strategy, fostering continuous and constructive dialogue with all internal TECO departments, particularly with the sales team and our technical product development office. This synergy allows us to integrate expertise and perspectives, centralizing development under a single point of contact for each specific topic, thereby ensuring greater efficiency and faster project execution. In this way, we place the product at the heart of TECO’s ecosystem, making it both the driving force and the connecting link between all departments.

A concrete example of our new product development approach is the launch of TECO cable entry systems, demonstrating how teamwork, technical expertise, and listening can turn a market need into an effective product proposal in a short time.

The team is led by Alessio Barbieri, a leader with a strategic vision shaped by solid technical expertise and commercial experience. The team also includes passionate experts such as Marco Artoli, Fabio Taraborrelli, Simone Balboni, Andrea Marinacci, Simone Galluccio, Dario Taraborrelli, Massimo Montanari, and Alessandro Pianezza.
